Privacy Policy

The short version

No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. When you play on your own, nothing leaves your device. When a host runs a game that players join with their phones, a small amount of game data is stored on our server so that everyone sees the same game — and it is deleted automatically after 90 days.

What happens on your device

Playlists you import, bingo cards you generate, and your game progress are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Playing online together

A host can start a game that players join with a four-letter game code, either in the app or in the web player at bingobanger.party. To make that work, we store on our own server:

• the game: a game code, the title the host chose, the grid size and the winning pattern;
• the cards: which songs are on each card;
• the name a player types when joining — you choose it yourself and it does not have to be your real name;
• which squares a player marked, and the moment each one was marked.

We use the marking times for one purpose: the end-of-game cards and the scoreboard ("who was quickest"), and — counted per song across games, never per person — to see which songs a room tends to recognise. We never ask for an email address, a phone number or a login, we do not use cookies to recognise you, and we do not combine this data with anything else or share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

A game is valid for 48 hours. Ninety days after that, the game is deleted in full and for good — including the cards, the names players typed and the marking times. This happens automatically, once a day. Nothing is archived.

Network requests the app makes

To import a playlist, the app fetches the public web page or public API of the streaming service whose link you pasted (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Deezer). To play song previews, the app streams official 30-second preview clips from Deezer, iTunes or the streaming service's own servers. These requests go directly from your device to those services and are subject to their privacy policies. We do not add identifiers, and we never see these requests.

What we don't do

No accounts · no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs · no fingerprinting · no cookies that recognise you · no profiles · no selling or sharing of data.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the data of a game before the 90 days are up. Send the game code to Kreatrix B.V. via bingobanger.nl and we will remove it.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and contains no gambling, purchases of chance, or user-generated content beyond the nickname a player types when joining a game.

Bingo Banger heeft geen account, geen advertenties, geen tracking en geen analytics. Speel je alleen, dan blijft alles op je toestel. Speel je samen — de spelleider start een spel en spelers doen mee met een spelcode, in de app of op bingobanger.party — dan staat er tijdelijk wat spelinformatie op onze eigen server: de spelcode en de titel van het spel, welke nummers op welke kaart staan, de naam die je zelf invult bij het meedoen (je echte naam is niet nodig), en welke vakjes je hebt aangestreept met het tijdstip daarvan.

Die tijdstippen gebruiken we voor het kaartje na afloop en de tussenstand, en — opgeteld per nummer over alle avonden, nooit per persoon — om te zien welke nummers een zaal herkent. We vragen nooit om een e-mailadres, telefoonnummer of inlog, en we delen niets met anderen.

Bewaartermijn: een spel is 48 uur geldig. Negentig dagen daarna wordt het spel volledig en definitief verwijderd, inclusief de kaarten, de ingevulde namen en de tijdstippen.
